Module doesn't launch on LMS

Hello,
I have published a module with Studio 360 (incl a quiz) on my C: drive (publish for LMS).
When I review the published module, all is working well but when we move the content to our LMS, the course doesn't launch.
The import is done successfully but it doesn't launch. It's turning and turning.
The administrator is getting an error message from her McAFee.
Has anyone had that in the past? We don't know if it is related to the publishing or to the LMS or to the anti-virus.
Can you please help?

Hi Cindy, sorry you're running into that error. I'd like to try and upload the SCORM output to another LMS like SCORM Cloud to see if I run into the same error.

I am also having an issue with a course not loading on an LMS when other courses previously would load fine. Would you be able to help me out as well?
