Hello guys, any ideas what this means? Thanks!

Hey Peter,

This module had actually been uploaded long time ago (few months) and had been working just fine. I really haven't changed much from the publishing window. All of the other modules were uploaded the same way...we are talking about 25 other modules.

This just happened yesterday when one of our students was trying to access a lesson and this showed up. The message would go away after several refreshes.

Anything particular detail you need in order to understand better?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Peter,

I'm still getting the message. I'm not sure if this is a Moodle error or if it's being produced from the SCORM package:

I appreciate any help.

Thanks, Jhonathan. I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Thanks!

We are having the same issue and have found that "Start a new attempt" also serves as a workaround. Although we are still hoping to fully resolve the issue outright.

It seems specific to courses created in Storyline. Going to try to solution suggested at the bottom of this thread https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=226149. I'll report back if we find that it works.
