Moodle again: Files not playing

Hi all,
I have course files that I built in Studio360. They work fine in Preview and in Articulate Review. But our LMS administrator says they do not play when she uploads them to Moodle. Here are the specifics.
I published them to LMS, HTML5 with Flash fallback, Presenter Player, with the Output Option LMS/SCORM1.2.
But when she uploads the files into Moodle, the upload looks fine at first but when she attempts to actually run the files, she just gets the little spinning icon that goes on infinitely.
She tested in SCORMCLOUD and got the same result.
She has tried different browsers too.
Please help!

Hi Nina,
Uh oh! I'm sorry to hear you've had such trouble uploading it to your LMS. Thanks for testing in SCORM Cloud already, and if you're seeing the same issue there it sounds like it may be something in the file itself and we're happy to take a look and give it a test!
