I just viewed an elearning module developed in Articulate and the participant was able to hover over the icon and get a description. I have only seen this in Captivate. How do you do this in Articulate?
Hi Norma - If you're comfortable using Flash, you can use custom Flash buttons to navigate your Presenter '09 slides. Here's a tutorial and source files to get you going.

Was it Articulate Storyline or Articulate Presenter?

In presenter you can add hover effects using flash
So apparently it is not an option in Presenter. Something I would need to add. Thanks.
That is correct.
You can use Captivate, then add the swf file from Captivate into a Presenter slide as a movie.
Mouse hovers overs do work this way--I've done it.
But, you are correct that you will need a second program to create the effect.
