Unless you have a Mage handy, I'm not sure how you'd port it over (bad gamer joke, I know!). Are you wanting to move your files over, or are you just trying to get Presenter installed on the new machine?
If you need to move your files from the old machine to the new one, you can create a Presenter Package. Then, you can either place those files onto a disc, or even email them to yourself. Take a look at the article below for more information:

1) Download the Studio '09 installer here: http://www.articulate.com/downloads/freetrial-step3.aspx
2) Double-click Studio09.exe, and follow the prompts to complete the installation process.
