My colleague has done some voice over using Articulate and then saved the files and then put them on a memory device for me to use on my laptop and then ultimately publish.
However
When I click on the file I get the message Error "could not find associated presentation
Hi Christopher- it sounds like your colleague may have just sent you the .PPTA file, which also needs the source .PPT or .PPTX file. Here's our recommended method for sharing project files:
Or she could just record the audio - if that's all she's doing - using a third-party program, such as Audacity, then you could import the audio into Presenter:

She could also export the audio and send that to you separately for you to import:
