After inserting a Flash Movie or .mp4 into Presenter, the Movie is controlled by the Presenter player controls, unless you applied the following settings when inserting the movie:
Synchronization: Movie plays independently of slide.
For future reference, if you need to determine if an issue is related to your LMS or the published content, publish for WEB from Articulate Presenter and view the published content from your local system before uploading. If the content plays back as expected, you would need to investigate or troubleshoot the LMS.
