MP4 Video Quality Degrading

Hey all,
I'm having a problem maintaining the quality of videos I edit in iMovie and them embed into Presenter as flash videos (using MP4 format with the H.264 codec). The specific problems that I'm noticing is that they're becoming very pixilated and the lips are often losing sync with the audio.
Any ideas as to how I can keep the quality from degrading? I suppose it could always be an iMovie issue, but since I'm noticing the problem once I put the videos into Presenter, I thought I might check here first.
Thanks for any help you can offer!
Alan

Hi Alan & welcome to Heroes,
Is the audio already contained in the MP4 file? Also, do you have the presentation set to be locked at the optimal size?

Brian,
Thanks so much for your response! Yes, the audio is already in the file. I did not have the presentation set according to that tutorial you posted. When I set locked it in, it definitely helped the quality out. I also adjusted the bit rate when exporting out of iMovie which also seemed to help (increased the file size, but I don't mind that if it helps polish the video).
Thank you again for your help. I look forward to learning tons from you and the other e-learning heroes!
