I did a presentation that has several slides with mp4 videos. It works very fine at my PC but when I upload it to my Amazon S3 bucket the slides with videos freeze. That's not an permission matter. Can anyone help me?
It sounds like it may be an issue with MIME. If you have included FLV or MP4 movies in your Presenter ‘09 presentation that do not play in your published output, please review the following related article:
Hi Peter, thanks for your reply! I noticed that the videos's names were too long. So, after I have shortened them (before inserting them in the slide) everything worked fine. The issue was fixed but I dont know why. Anyway, thanks for the help.
Glad to hear it, Marcelo! For future reference, here are some tips for managing your files which can help prevent issues.
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
