I have tried to get my videos trimmed around subjects and they look fine in the AVS software. They look fine as MP4 files but when brought into Presenter 13 and published they have been shortened cutting off audio and video information
I'm not following how you've modified your videos outside of Presenter and then the behavior as it happens in Presenter - could you share a sample MP4 video here with us and then a copy of your Presenter package?
