I am not able to play the MP4 videos in my ppt after publishing using articulate soft ware successfully. It reads the inserted video like a page and skips to next page without playing the content of the video. Pl advise how to over come the problem. I have already compressed the MP4 video files before inserting these in the ppt. Rgds Sarosh.
Thanks for your question, and sorry to hear of the issues you are encountering. May I ask if you are testing your published output in the intended environment as described here?
As stated in the article, "If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail."
If issues persist, you may want to try inserting the file in to a new file, or even run this repair of SL2 to see if you find improvement. And as always, you are welcome to share your .story file here if you would like us to take a closer look for you. :)
