.mp4 videos won't play online

I have successfully published a course for the Web and QA'd on my local machine. I have several .mp4 files that I have inserted into screens and they play without a hitch locally. However, when I upload them to a subfolder on my site for client review, the controller on the screen just reads "Paused" and the files won't play. I checked my site and the files seemed to have uploaded properly. The presentation.xml file seems to refer to the correct filename as well.
Can anyone help?
Thanks! Kraig

Does your server have the correct codecs and MIME type settings for streaming the MP4 files? mp4 is not supported in default by IIS 6+, so everybody who use h264 should add mp4 mime type manually.

Thanks for the information Brian - that did the trick. Even though I'm on a shared host, they allowed me to add the .mp4 MIME type via IIS manager, and that resolved the issue.
Thank you!
