I have several MP4s that are embedded into my Studio presentation, but when they are put into our LMS for testing, they don't play. I tried converting the MP4s to .AVI files but Articulate then automatically turned them back to MP4s. Our LMS system is a bit old, but I believe it has taken MP4s in the past. I use Studio '13 and am not sure if there's some back-end business I'm missing for this to work. Thank you.

If MP4 videos don't display when your Articulate content is hosted on a server, it's likely that the server isn't configured to play these files. See this article for more information.

The easiest way to test if it's the course or your LMS is to test the content in SCORM Cloud.
If you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look.
