MSHFLXGD.OCX error when using Presenter

One of my staff members is getting the following error whenever she tries to access any of the Presenter tools in PowerPoint:
Component 'MSHFLXGD.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid in AP5.frmSlideGrid.LoadPlayLists at line 104
This isn't specific to her PC - we've tried her on a different machine, and get the same issue (but someone else accessing that PC works fine, as do any of her PPT/Presenter files if sent to someone else to open.
I've tried reinstalling to see if that had any effect (although we have to reinstall under a central Administrator account, as our staff don't have admin rights to install software - but this was run using the "Run As" account while she was logged in). No effect.
Anyone got any suggestions as to what else we might try?

Hi Duncan and welcome to Heroes,
My first guess would be that Windows UAC is preventing the install from doing everything it should. On the account that you are doing the install on, is UAC enabled? If so, try disabling it, reinstall the software, and then see if that resolves the issue.
