Multi-language course, Japanese and Chinese do not grant credit on LMS

I have an Articulate 13 course that has been translated by an external company. Six languages work correctly, and all have the same publish settings, but the Japanese and Chinese will not grant credit on our LMS. The translation company has already provided two updated files trying to correct this issue. I tried removing the non-western characters from the final quiz title, but am unable to publish myself as Articulate crashes each time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dory,

Keep us posted on Steve's suggestion and I'd also suggest looking into a repair of Presenter to allow you to publish successfully. You can follow the steps here. Additionally, you could test this course in another  Learning Management System (LMS) to see if it's something within your LMS that isn't interpreting the Chinsese and Japanese - I'd recommend using SCORM Cloud.
