When I'm previewing my course and I hover over the multiple choice answers, sometimes they shake and quiver. Is this a bug? Or do I need to check my settings?
I was researching this problem for ages before I suddenly discovered the cause of my flickering/shaking when hovering over multiple choice question choices. I started experiencing the problem after resizing my question choices. Even then, some flickered and some did not. I realized the problem was caused by states - I had resized the choice in its "normal" state, but the "hover" state was still its original size. I resized the "hover" state to match the "normal" state and all is now well.
I'm running into the same issue. I've tried resizing, re-creating items, etc. I think this is essentially something that hasn't been fixed by Articulate. Please address in your next patch.

It looks like importing the project into a new project did the trick. Feel free to update this discussion with additional details for others who come across a similar issue!

Hey Guys, support solved this for me:
1. Open the hover state of the item that is jiggling.
2. Resize the content box to fit inside the answer list.
3. Save and test.
Smooth sailing from there.
