Multiple Presentation Linked in Menu

I've spent the past hour searching for this answer, and I'm sure it's been asked a lot, so my apologies.

I'm thinking about upgrading from Studio 09 to 13. Do I still need to use web objects to link multiple presentations to a menu? It's the one thing I remember being particularly cumbersome, what with having to make changes to files every time you publish.
