Thank you. Strange, indeed. Never encountered this in 7 years with Articulate and I only use Chrome. I think it was the PowerPoint itself. The PPT was originally built in 2002.

I decided to copy all of the information, images, and sound on each frame to another, newer PowerPoint that worked (deleted all content off the newer PowerPoint) and it worked. Perfectly.
