Once the presentation is published and you click to view it, the first slide will not play completely. Once it jumps to slide 2 you can hit the back arrow and then the slide will play completely. I need this to play correctly the first time. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

What version of Presenter are you utilizing? How are you publishing/viewing the content? What kind of content is on this slide?

Please make sure you are working locally as described here.
Also, when you publish, make sure you view your content in the environment for which it was published:
you could always add your file here if you would like us to look at it.
Currentlly using Studio 13. I am publishing for the Web and HTML and viewing on a computer. The slide has no animations but contains audio.
