Narrated Slide Appears Without Narration After Publishing

Aug 04, 2011

How can a slide which has narration recorded on it, appear without narration when published?  Not only that but the same slide when on the record narration window, where you actually make the narrations, shows press start to record your narration 00.00.00.0,, but when you click on the drop down arrow to select the same slide, the same slide has 00.01.00 of recorded narration on it.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi Brian,

I tried the method above by following the link, but it still did not help.  There were no disabled items.  The slide which has narration appears to have none, but you can see that there is recording done when looking at the slide in the slide selector at the recording narration window.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.  helena
