After recording the narration with PowerPoint 2007, did you by any chance publish it using PowerPoint 2010? Also, how did you record the narration? The only supported methods are via Articulate -> Record Narration, or Articulate -> Import Audio, or in PowerPoint via Slideshow -> Record Narration.

Hey Jim!
Let me know, and we'll get this resolved. Thanks!
Hi Peter,
I published it in 2007 as I have done many other presentations: Articulate -> Record Narration,
I checked some older presentations and the narration is still there.
Another issue: After publishing the same presentation, the narration is on the published version but all the graphics are not.
It could be that your PowerPoint files have been corrupted. Here's how to fix that:

And just to cross it off the list of possibilities, be sure you're not working on or publishing to a network drive.
Let me know if the issue persists. Thanks!
Working on my C drive, all local. Will check forcorruption but doubt that's a problem.
