Hi there, we are testing a Presenter 360 module. The module's navigation is set to restricted. However, we want participants that have passed to be able to come back and navigate through the module freely.
I did double check to see that it was indeed set to 'restricted' and not 'locked.' I also tested the content and the LMS recorded a pass status. It treats review as a 2nd attempt and does not allow me to navigate freely. Am I missing something here?
In addition to the restricted navigation, what do you have set for the "Resume" settings? If the learner does not resume the course but instead starts the course over all the navigation settings would be reset as well.
