I have created a custom course in presenter. i have used custom apitester and custom completion status. evrything is working fine but once my course is completed am not able to pass any value to lms. even bookmarking also not working . please can anyone help to fix this issue.
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side?
If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.
If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
I have tested the dummy course in Scorm Cloud., there also am facoing the same challanges, even no resume is coming.
here am uploading the sample dummy with 5 pages, i making the course as completed once user visit all the pages.
whats the problem am facing is.
"am going through all five pages , when i am in fifth page, mycourse will mark as completed then am going to oher pages and exiting the course. when i resume the course again ,its taking me to fifth page instead of the page i left last time. so here is my concern. in which page my course as marking as completed then all the time after resume am getting the same page. please let me know how i can avoid this.".
i AM also ataching the dummy zip file. please have a look

Sure i will share with you but i just want you to test the scorm build what i shared with you. i want you to understnad the issue. this same issue is happening all the articulate courses.. is all about resume function. resume will not work properly( after pressing yes its always taking me to the page where my course marked as completed) once the course mark as completed/Passed. Please have a test and come back to me..
I took a look this morning, but I wasn't able to find a case for your files. Have you had a chance to send them over? If so, can you share the case number with me, please?

Unfortunately, the files you provided appear to be the output files. We'd actually need the .STORY file for the course to test it.
You'll be able to attach the .STORY file on the second page of the following form:
