I'm brand new to the group (only about 5 minutes or so into it) because I have a very hot project and need to sub out some work to re-engineer a huge batch of standard PowerPoint presentations. Hi James. Re-engineer is probably too strong a word, but it's probably closer to total redesign than just new images. We have many courses that are currently just recorded webinars with PowerPoint slides. They will need to be enhanced to include better graphics, interactive quizzes, SCORM modules, etc. The specifics vary by course so I can't outline it all here. I'm looking for someone qualified to do this work who has the bandwidth to tackle it pretty quickly.

I'm searching for someone to help me produce an e-learning program using a PDF of a book and Quiz Maker; quickly and inexpensively. I'm located in Chicago at a trade association. My project needs are to complete an e-learning course around the subject of Project Management. The course is created in MS PPT and Articulate (we have limited Articulate experience; less than 30 days). The course consist of 15 to 20 slides and 3 x 10 question quizzes. The completed project will be published to our e-learning site in a Joomla LMS backend. This project will take one course from inception to production and develop an on-going relationship with the right consulting talent.
This is a pilot program geared toward improving the quality of courses as well as streamlining the development process. I will spend a lot of time in the QA process and gaining a understanding of standards and practices.

by re-engineer -- what exactly do you mean? new images or total redesign? A little clarification would help.
