Need help creating an interaction/activity

I want the learner to complete fields on a worksheet using information provided.

For example:

You have seen five patients. Patient A wrote a check for $X. Patient B paid $X in cash. Etc.

So, the learner would read the information and then enter the correct numbers/amount into the correct field on the worksheet.

Is this possible to do with Engage or Quizmaker?
