I created a Presenter presentation in 2011 and have used it to teach in a course for five years without difficulty. This year, the original file would not play. I re-published the presentation in Presenter '13 (and allowed it to update the file), but the presentation still will not open in my web browser. I've tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer. All I get is the spinning "loading" image. I've waited a very long time, and it never loads. It seems fine in preview mode. I have two classes of students waiting for me to get these working asap - anyone have any suggestions?

Hi there, A. It sounds like you're running into this issue with Flash Player update 23 which will prevent playing your courses locally on your machine. That article will help to allow your courses to preview locally.
Of course, we always recommend viewing your output in its intended environment or publishing for CD for local viewing! Let us know if this gets you the info you need!
