Next button is not working

I'm publishing a course that a co-worker built.  I have all the necessary files and have published for our LMS.  When the course finished and I select View Presentation the course runs through correctly.  But when I upload it to the LMS site the course will not run on most web browsers.  The first slide plays, and at the end the learner is supposed to click Next to proceed, but when Next is clicked nothing happens in Chrome and the future slides cannot be viewed.  Internet Explorer will not let it run as an html5 and the Next button doesn't work but clicking on the slide titles does, and it will not open on my iPad.  

Please send me any suggestions or solutions.
