I have a file which has attached audio When I preview the file it appears to be playing the audio along with the slides but there is no sound. I checked all of my sound settings and there is nothing wrong with my computer. How can I solve this problem?
Can you tell us a bit more about how you're inserting the audio and the files types you're using? You'll want to make sure that you're creating and editing your Presenter 13 project on your local drive as described here. If you are working locally and still having difficulty, we'd be happy to take a look at your files, and you'll just want to create a Presenter package and share the zipped file with us here or you're welcome to share it privately.
I'm having the same problem. I imported audio (.wav files) into my presentation in Presenter 13 and when I preview the slides the audio seems to be playing as evident of the movement of the scroll bar, but I cannot hear it. Was a solution found for Ashley?
I have the identical problem. I re-recorded narration for one slide in Presenter '13 and can play back that narration in the record narration dialog box and also in the audio editor. However that slide, when previewed or published, has no audio. The rest of the slides are fine, audio-wise.
I'm sorry to hear that you're both having trouble with this. I haven't had any luck locating a support case for Ashley Lam, so I'm not sure if this issue was resolved for her, or if the issue was narrowed down.
As Ashley T. mentioned, please make sure that you're working with all local project files. This includes your presentation files, as well as your audio files - unless you're recording.
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

Just in case, here is a brief tutorial on inserting and recording audio within Presenter 13.
