Hi Eric! If you have an Articulate Package that I could test, that would be helpful to understand if this is an issue that we are aware of or one we are unaware of. Either way, our QA Team likes to have these files so that they can test fixes, etc if necessary.
If you cannot share it here for some reason, please share it here.
Thanks for the details Eric! This is an issue that has been reported to our QA Team for investigation and I have added this thread so that I can update you when appropriate.
I have been trying to resolve this issue for a very long time. My module is built using Presenter and has been upgraded to Presenter 360. My module is pretty complex and has engage content, .mp4 videos, quizmaker, text slides, illustrated/animated examples, etc. The last slide of the presentation is always a summary slide. The publish properties are set up to track the viewing of all the slides. The completion and passed functions work just as intended in ScormCloud but not in D2L.
We'd love to work through this issue with you! It sounds like this is specific to the LMS you're using. What are you seeing in your LMS after a user completes/passes the course?
If you think this might be an issue specific to your course rather than the LMS, would you mind if we took a look at the file? You can upload it to us by using this secure upload link!

Hi Eric!
I have had this issue reported before as you can see here, but no response from user.
Can you test in SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same result?
HI Lesly
I think I found the pb.
The pb is due to the method used to quit a content :
So I have analysed the scorm data sent by Presenter.
In the first case (Quit) I can find something like cmi.score:s1: "0" . So the Score is initialized with the value 0 and the LMS display it .
In the second case I found cmi.score:s0: "". So the score is NULL and the LMS display nothing.
So the problem is at Presenter level. Can you confirm this issue ?
Is there any solution to solve it ?
Thanks.

Hi Lesly,
please find the package.
I have made the tests using the Rustici on line tests. I have added the results in a powerpoint file.
Thanks for your help.
Eric.

Hi Leslie,
is there any solution available for this issue now ?
Hi Eric! I have no update to provide at this time. It is still in the hands of our QA Team.
Hi Leslie
I have discovered that this problem exists in SL too !

Any news from the QA team ?
No update to report at this time Eric. The Studio and Storyline related issues are linked for our teams, but I appreciate you sharing :)
Hi all,
I wanted to provide an update here, as Studio ‘13 Update 8 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed an issue where Exit tab in a Presenter '13 course will send a score of 0% to an LMS when you're tracking the number of slides viewed. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.
Let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
