No storyboard thumbnails when publishing

I apologize for the issues that you're having.  Are you publishing to a target path greater than 100 characters?  If so, see the workaround below:

If you continue to have problems, repair your installation of Office.

If you still have issues after that, let me know.

I work with Patrick and have a similar problem where the thumbnail graphics come out distorted.  This will not work for my customer.  Any recommendations? 

I'm running Win7 64bit, and Office 10.

And the target path is not greater than 100 characters.

I, too, am having trouble with missing thumbnails and missing notes. Out of 50 slides, only half a dozen thumbnails appeared. The notes only show the last few words. Is it because I'm using Office 2003?  The path has about 50 characters. To add to my tale of woe, I lost all my narration after I added Quizmaker and Engage.
