Nonprofit Seeks Bids to Convert Course

May 15, 2012

We would like to receive bids from US companies to take an existing Flash course, apply content updates provided by a SME, and create an updated version of the course in Articulate (final course will include Presenter, Engage, and Quizmaker). We will provide all current files and assets; we would have full ownership of all final files. This project would not happen until 2013 because of budget allocations.

Please review the current version of the course by registering for it at http://www.aspcapro.org/online-cruelty-training-courses.php.  Warning, the course contains images of animal cruelty.

Investigating Animal Abuse for Law Enforcement

Developed in conjunction with the Illinois Regional Institute of Community Policing (now the Center for Public Safety and Justice), the Investigations course assists law enforcement and animal control professionals in effectively identifying and investigating animal cruelty and neglect. The three-hour course offers a comprehensive approach to enforcing animal cruelty laws, covering:

·        Animal abuse and community policing

·        Evidence collection and preservation

·        Officer safety

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
