I have several articulate presentations where the presenters would like the access to jump ahead to be restricted so that viewers can only view slides they've already seen. I've gone into different settings, making sure "Restricted -- viewers can only jump to slides they've previously viewed" but it's still letting me skip ahead in the presentation once it's published. Any tricks out there or something I might be overlooking?? Thanks!
It sounds like you're setting your Player properties correctly as described here:
When the Menu Options window appears, use the Navigation Restriction drop-down to choose one of the following:
Restricted: This means learners can view the current slide and any slide they previously viewed, but they can't use the menu to jump ahead or skip over slides.
I'm not able to replicate this in my own Presenter course - but is this happening on all of your slides, or just particular ones? Are you able to create a Presenter package and share with us here, or submit to us here?
HTML5? Or Flash player, Ashley? If HTML5, it is a known issue (from the Beta testing) that the HTML5 player restrictions do not work the same as the Flash restrictions at this time, but I have been assured that the goal is to make them function identically.

Thanks Rob for sharing that here.
