Hello Servio - Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this. I would first recommend shortening the file name and excluding the dashes and underscore to see if that alleviates the issue. Are you having difficulty with more than one project file or just this one? If it's across your projects, you may want to consider a repair to your software.
I changed the name of the file and took out dashes and underscore but the
problem persists. In the link you sent me it was recommended that I
uninstall the software and install it again. Question: Would I affect my
license if I uninstall it? Please advice.
