Through powerpoint I have created a presentation using engage. Then I went in to make some changes. I can see the changes have been made, but when I publish its not publishing the presentation with the changes. Is there something I am not doing correctly?
Open up the "Presentation Options" from the Articulate ribbon, and select "Other". You will see a box listed as shown below. Make sure the box is checked before you publish. This should fix the issue and update the engage file at publish time.
Since you've tried a few of the troubleshooting steps, I think at this point it would be best for you to share your Presenter files with our Support team so that they can take a closer look. You'll want to follow these directions to package your Presenter files and then share them with our team here. If you'd like to let me know the case number I'll follow along and update the thread.

I have submitted the package for review. Thank you for your help.
Where have you published your Presenter course? You'll want to ensure that the original file and any published versions are not being published to a network drive, but to your local drive. Also, double check that you're not trying to overwrite an existing file. When you go to test your published output, you'll want to test it within the intended environment, and it's possible the Engage interaction is being caught in your browsers cache - so you can reload your browser to see if that clears it out.

Hi S Fearing and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Looks like Dwayne is taking care of you here, so just let us know if you need anything further.
I just looked and that check box is checked. Would something else that would prevent it from publishing correctly?
Hi S Fearing,
If your Presenter file is still not publishing with the updated Engage interactions, ensure that the Articulate add-ins are properly enabled in PowerPoint, and then publish your presentation again.

Great - if you have the case number to share with me here I'll be happy to follow along.
Just some other thoughts for you to check:
