Not working online

I've uploaded the Presenter files to the web server but its not working. The page works locally but not when loading it from the web server.

We have an earlier player that is working here:

Any ideas as to why the second player would be working locally but not when uploaded and viewed from the web server?

Welcome to the community, David!

Looks like one or more of the files were damaged durting the upload. To fix it, either use the FTP upload feature of Articulate Presenter, or set your FTP application to upload files as binary. Uploading the XML files in ASCII or Auto mode may cause corruption.
