Hi Michelle!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into with this. Are you able to share a Presenter Package with me here on the forums? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I run into the same issue.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package

You can attach the file to this thread when responding. If you'd like to keep the file private, you're welcome to send it over to our support team, instead.

Thanks!

Christine

Is it possible that your text is there, but is white?

It wouldn't look that way in "Normal" PowerPoint mode, but if you go to "Notes Page" View, you may notice that the text has disappeared there as well. If so, click in the Notes area, select the area with Ctrl-A (select all) so the text is highlighted (and visible) and use the Font settings to change the color.

Good luck,

Paul K.

Hi Michelle,

Sorry for the delay in response. Were you unable to post the package here, or in a support case? There are some file size limitations on the forums, so that may be why it didn't upload. The case system supports larger files, however, so if you haven't tried that, it may be your best option to get the files to us.

Yes, the problem has come up in the past, but it's usually file or system-specific. With the information you provided, it's difficult to tell what may be causing the issue.

Paul's suggestion may also help (thanks Paul!). have you tried that out?

Here's another possible you can try, if you'd rather not send the file to us:

Articulate Support > Presenter '09 DPI support

Let us know how it goes, Michelle.

Thanks!

Christine
