After publishing, and on what appears to be random slides, the notes tab at first appears blank, then will show notes correctly only after clicking away from the Notes tab and back again. Formatting appears to be the same for all slides, and this is happening only on two or three of them, but it is consistent for those slides.
Thanks, Ron. That did the trick. Disappointing that a known bug has yet to be addressed, but at least we have a workaround. Thanks again for your help.
Glad I could help. Articulate is busy working on the next version and personally, I would prefer they get that product released rather than spend time working on bugs in the current version. Still it is a real pain for those is us that hit this issue.. especially when you go through multiple rounds of approval and have to assure that issue does not surface in the reviews.
