I have just completed and uploaded 4 presentations using the same template. I publish them to a folder on my computer and copy and paste the folder to the web.
2 presentations are fine. With the longer 2, the notes do not show when launched from the web. They do show when I launch from my computer.
I have done the Notepad++ copy and repace directions I found under support on the articulate website. Didn't work!
Why is everything ok when I launch from my computer and then can't be seen when I launch from the web?
Are you able to send us your project files so we can take a closer look at what's going on? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
