I've got a similar problem with Presenter '13 v.7. I published in Feb with no issues, and now I have blurry text. I'm uploading a package now. It seems like there are many threads about this issue but no suggested fixes besides fixing the width. I'm not able to do that, as the videos in the module must be viewed full screen. The previous version was full screen, and that is what the client is expecting.

I am having the same problem. Just installed the latest software package two weeks ago so I know I have the latest. I've tried all the suggestions above and nothing is working.
Hi, Deborah -- Thanks so much for reaching out, and I checked in on Julee's case to see if there was an update, but it looks like our Engineers was still requesting that she provide her Articulate package vs. the published output folder. So while I cannot provide an update from that case, I did want to let you know that if you'd like us to take a closer look at your issue, please use the steps listed here to create an Articulate Package and then you would be able to upload that for investigation with our engineers via this form.
Hi, Deborah -- Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately when you attempt to attach a file via email reply, it does not come through to the post to be accessible. If you have already created your Articulate Package, and have already attempted to uninstall/reinstall Presenter '13 without finding improvement, the best course of action would be to connect with our engineers via this form, and if you can share your case number, I will be glad to follow along!
