I am running Studio '13 and Office 2010. When I am in PPT, I can open up the Articulate tab and all the options are there but when I select one, nothing happens (exception: the Help options all hyperlink me okay). I can open Quizmaker or Engage outside of PPT and edit etc. but within PPT nothing happens if I click on those, on slide properties, video insertion, anything. They're all *there* but nothing launches. I searched and didn't find anything in the forums. I was going to re-install Presenter but thought I'd ask here first.

Mine doesn't freeze. Just nothing (including character add-in attempts).

I would recommend that you conduct a repair of your software if the toolbar is not working correctly.
Please be sure that you are working locally as well.
