In one of my projects, there is a quiz in Lesson 2 that has 2 Numeric type questions. These function correctly. Then when you take Lesson 3's quiz, there is a totally different Numeric type question; the blank for this question is autofilled with the answer(s) provided in the Lesson 2 quiz. The same issue happens for the Lesson 4 quiz's Numeric type question. This is not the first course we have run into this issue with. Please advise.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this.
I did a brief test and I'm not seeing the same results.
Is this issue happening during preview or once you publish?
If you could share your Articulate Package, that would be helpful and I could take a look.
It happens once it is published. Is there a way to share the published version of the course with you in a secure manner?
