Hi, All! I have started having issues creating ppt shapes such as Callouts. I insert, the default color is blue, I change to white (or any other color) and everything looks great in ppt and slide show. When I preview or publish in Presenter, they revert back to the default blue color. Not all shapes are reacting this way. Can anyone help?
I sent the files as requested. HOWEVER, I mentioned that I am under a tight deadline so I continued to pursue the issue. The only thing left (in my mind) was to re-install Studio 09. I did that and all of the issues I pointed out have been corrected. So, it was an issue on my machine; you probably won't see what I'm talking about.
So, no rush to figure it out, but if you have any suggestions as to the cause of the problem, I'd like to hear them.
I am having this same issue. I inserted a hand drawn arrow graphic into the PowerPoint and changed it to green (the original color was red). When I publish the file to Presenter, it changes the arrows to purple? Help!
I don't see where Kit submitted a case, so I'm unable to see what resolution they may have come to. It looks like his original issue was solved by re-install Studio - is that an option for you? If you're unable to do so, or it doesn't solve the problem can you share your Presenter file here or send it to us privately? You'll follow these directions to package your Presenter files.

Hi Kit. Can you attach a one slide example of this issue to your reply so we can take a look?
