On resuming presentation, tab on left side not displaying!

HI,
Normal 0 false false false oNotPromoteQF /> EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 I published a course to LMS. A user is facing the following problem:
The user started the presentation and exited. When they resumed the presentation, the 'Outline' tab on the left side never displayed. Any idea why? What do you think I can do to correct this?

Please ensure you have the most recent version of Presenter, which you can update here, and then republish and upload to your LMS. Let us know if that helps. Thanks!

Yes, I have Presenter 09 (purchased the license this year, so I'm assuming that is the latest).
Would you know why this happens? Could it also be some problem with the user's settings? I am currently trying to find out if multiple users are facing the same problem.
If you have the button that allows the user to change view modes (standard, no sidebar, slide only) and they change it to one without a menu; when they resume the course, the view will show the view that was chosen when they exited the course.
So if I exit the course in Slide Only view, when restarting and choosing to resume where I left off, the view I get will be Slide Only View.
However, if the learner chooses to restart from the beginning, the view mode is reset to the view mode chosen as the "Starting View" in the Player Templates -> Layout window.
So you can either give them instructions up front on how to use the change view mode button, or restrict to one view mode only.
I will try and find out if the user restarted from the beginning and if they were using a different view mode. Maybe once I know if this is a single-user problem, I wouldn't need to worry!

I am having a similar issue to this one. When I click resume the content of the outline tab does not show. Does anyone know why this might be happening.
Jeanelle, that is a custom skin, I would first test it with the corporate template, if you get the same issue you can rule out it being the skin
