When i import an audio to the powerpoint for synchronization, the presenter shows unrealistic time. I.e. I import a 2 minutes audio, and it displays 34 minutes, and it messes up the synchronization of the images when i import the ppt to storyline.
Well it's the one that i am currently working and it's the first that this happens to me, i've synchronized and imported audios before and it has never happened. I don't remenber the presenter update i was using, and i will be able to tell you that on monday lol. Have a nice weekend

Hi Hernani! Does this happen in a new file as well or just the one that you are currently working with? What update of Presenter are you utilizing?

Good morning Leslie, I'm using the update 1: 1311.520
We are on Update 5 currently and I would advise that you update to the latest and see if you still have issue.
