Online Course Not Openning Consistently

We have developed an posted an online course on our enterprise intranet for controlled (password protected) access by some off-site employees. While most employees are able to open and complete the course, a few are not. I know that at least one of the employees not able to open the course is using Google Chrome on an iMac. Does anybody have any ideas on what the problem might be? (I realize that this is limiteed info, but it's all I have at the moment - I'll update as and when more info becomes available,)

Hi Ken and welcome to Heroes!

One of the first things I'd point you to is the system requirements for Presenter, and you'll find the viewing requirements at the bottom. You may want to share this with those users who are unable to access the course and ensure all their specifications match. As you'll see, Google Chrome should work on a Mac, so I'd be looking to know more about what happened when they tried to access the course (did it just not load, did it freeze while loading, etc.).
