Hi all - I have never worked with Presenter before, only Storyline. I am trying to open 2 presentations - both of which someone else created. I only have the ppta outputs. I continue to receive the following message from PPT, "PowerPoint cannot open this type of file." What am I missing?
Hi Amanda! It does not sound like you have everything you need. Best scenario is that you have the complete Articulate Package so that you can open properly and all the added components will be included. Do you have a folder perhaps with the ppta file and a ppt file? You would open the ppt file directly.
