I emailed a presentation to a colleague for review. She can open the training module and see the presentation. However, she cannot hear the narration associated with it. What are we missing? Thanks!
The audio narration is embedded in the slide.swf files that are created. Thus, if she's unable to hear the audio, it's likely that she needs to tweak her audio settings in Windows.
As a test, you might try uploading your content to Dropbox and letting her review it online:
