When I try to open a previously created PPT, a pop-up window appears, and I'm forced to select "Launch PowerPoint." After doing so, a completely blank PPT is displayed, even though I selected a current PPT with numerous slides.
What version of Office and Windows are you running? Is this happening with any PPT you try to open, or just this one? Can you take a look at the articles here and here to see if they help? Let us know...
