We have a client where we are developing a number of courses using Studio 13. Some of their staff access the courses through the LMS using an iPad or iPhone. When they complete the course and take the final knowledge check, which is scored, the LMS does not record their results. The LMS our client is using is Oracle Learn. Does anyone have the same experience or know of a solution?
I don't know any specifics about Oracle Learn, but you may want to look at testing this in SCORM Cloud which is the industry standard for testing SCORM content. If the results are recorded correctly there you can share those results with your LMS team - if it's still not behaving as expected, you'll want to share your Presenter package with us here.
Thanks Ashley, I did get a response from Articulate on this matter. It appears that in order for iPads to record LMS results in needs to include publishing to Tin Can API. My guess is that the problem lies there.
Thanks for the update and I'm glad our Support team was able to assist. If publishing for LMS and planning to access through the Mobile player app you'll need to publish for Tin Can API as they mentioned, and further information on that is detailed here.
