Overall Score in SABA Different From Score in Attempts

Hi,
We deployed a Presenter 13 course in the SABA LMS that has a Quizmaker quiz at the end. The chooses 20 questions at random from a question bank of 30, and has a passing score of 80. User is able to retry the quiz upon successful or unsuccessful attempt. The course completion setting is 'Passed/Incomplete'.
We are experiencing a weird scoring issue in SABA for a handful of users:
1. User scores 90 for quiz and passes.
2. Under the SABA Progress Report, it shows 85. However, the score for the attempt in the learning history is correctly reflected as 90.
3. We tested the course in SCORM Cloud and the cmi.core.score.raw score is sent to the LMS correctly.
Attached are screenshots of problems reported by the users.
Appreciate any help on this!

Hello Hayden - Hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in if they have any experience with a similar issue. If you are unable to replicate in SCORM Cloud, it sounds like you may want to follow up with your LMS as well.
I know it's certainly difficult to investigate when the behavior is not consistent and hard to reproduce.
